The airframe your
programme is waiting on.
Primes and government agencies need green airframes. The production line has closed, or the slot is three years out, or the numbers don't work new. We find the aircraft, and we find the buyer for yours.
Nobody sells a used ISR aircraft. They sell the airframe it starts as.
Complementing the OEMs
A special mission aircraft is built, not bought. An agency or a prime acquires a standard airframe, then an integrator spends around two years installing and certifying the mission system. Our work happens before any of that. We source the green aircraft the programme is built on.
Where new aircraft don't pencil
Three reasons a programme buys pre-owned instead of new. The type is out of production. The delivery slot runs years past the requirement. Or new simply doesn't pencil against the contract. Any one of them and the search starts on the used market.
The one-off, the sensitive, the unicorn
Some requirements name one tail number. A specific type, a specific configuration, sometimes a specific history, and it surfaces once. That is a search problem, not a listings problem. It is the part of this business we are built for.
When the right aircraft appears and your budget hasn't cleared, we buy it and hold it until it has.
Two things, mostly. We find aircraft that are not publicly for sale, through people who know the owners. And when the right one appears before your funding lands, we can take it off the market and hold it until your approvals clear. Against a funded requirement, never on spec.
One rule: you deal with the principal, not a pipeline. The legacy model stacks brokers between buyer and seller, each taking an undisclosed slice.
You keep verification, escrow, clean title, inspection, discretion. You lose everyone charging for an introduction.

Buying an aircraft
Brief. Tell us the mission: range, cabin, budget, timeline. We come back with live candidates, including airframes that never touch a listing site.
Verified deal room. Logbooks, damage history, AD/SB status, CAMP/Traxxall records, engine-program status, ownership proof, all reviewed before you spend a dollar on travel.
Inspection. Independent pre-purchase inspection and engine borescope at a neutral MRO you approve.
Escrowed close. Funds and title move through licensed aviation escrow. One published fee. No hidden spread.
Selling an aircraft
Valuation. Live market comps by serial-number cohort, not an inflated teaser number to win your listing.
Verified buyers only. Every counterparty proves funds before seeing your documents. No tire-kickers, no fishing.
Discreet exposure. On-market or quiet off-market placement: your registration never has to appear in a public listing.
Clean exit. Escrow, deregistration, delivery logistics handled to closing. You keep the percentage a broker chain would have taken.
What these airframes end up doing.
ISR / AEW&C
47.8% of the special mission market, growing 9.25% a year. Airborne early warning, maritime patrol, SIGINT.
VIP / Head of State
Secure transport with DIRCM, encrypted satcom and diplomatic suites. 30+ national operators.
Multi-Role
One airframe, rapid reconfiguration: ISR, CASEVAC, cargo, utility. Fleet utilization maximized.
Training / Red Air
Adversary simulation and jet transition at a fraction of fighter cost-per-flight-hour.
Medevac
Flying intensive-care units. Long-range aeromedical, containment, neonatal transport.
Tanker Support
Force-multiplier programs: advisory and sourcing adjacency for refueling fleets.
Flight Inspection
NAVAID calibration and procedure validation keeping global airspace certified.
R&D Testbeds
Atmospheric research and airborne systems validation before fleet-wide deployment.
Special Projects
Counter-UAS, secure transport, high-value logistics. Requirements that don't fit a category, handled quietly and cleared properly.
Access, verification, and a clean close.
Source globally
An agent network across the regions where these aircraft sit and these programmes run. Most of what we surface never reaches a listing site, because it was never listed.
Integrate the mission
We do not install mission systems. Integrators do that, and they are very good at it. We work alongside them as the airframe layer, so when a programme is won the aircraft is already identified.
Close with the government
Records audited, title cleared, sanctions and export control screened, funds and title through licensed escrow. The unglamorous half, and the half that kills deals when it is skipped.
We clear deals properly.
ITAR / EAR and non-US equivalents screened on every deal. End-use and end-user verified before anything proceeds.
FCPA and UK Bribery Act diligence on every in-country representative. Non-negotiable, and done before engagement.
Chain of title verified, liens cleared, records audited, before a dollar moves through escrow.
Full counterparty sanctions screening. The reason a no-questions model doesn't exist here, and doesn't need to.
Deal with the principal.
Not the pipeline.
Open a verified deal room. Proof of ownership on one side, proof of funds on the other, escrow in the middle. That's the whole model. It took this industry fifty years not to build it.
